Antrim Creek Natural Area is located in a transition zone between the Alleghenian/hardwood forest to the south and the Boreal/conifer forest to the north (reference ACNA Report, Oct. 1996, White Pine Associates, (Curtis, 1971). Evidence exists of each forest type and many wonderful examples can be seen on the property.
