Meeting called to order at 9:42 a.m. by Rick Diebold.

2. Election of Officers

Motion by Laura Stanek, supported by Jerome Simowski
to keep officers and the meeting dates and times the same as the Economic
Development Corporation. Motion carried – unanimous.

3. Minutes of the May 16, 2006 Meeting
|
|
|
Motion by Pete Garwood, seconded by Bob Peterson, to
approve the May 16, 2006 minutes. Motion carried - unanimous.

Andy Hayes spoke on 34potential sites in Antrim County that could
potentially be looked at under this grant.
