Minutes
Members Present:		Don Schuiteman, Russ Blasdell, Linda Gallagher, Jerry Dobrzelewski, and Stan Moore
Members Absent:		Mark Stone, Mike Meriwether, Mike Crawford and Al Pecar
Staff Present:		Joe Meyers
Others:		Bob Spencer and Tom Pearson
I. Call to Order:
	Stan Moore called the meeting to order at 1:08 p.m.
II. Public/Member Comment:
	None
III. Approval of the February 26, 2008 Minutes:
	Motion by Don Schuiteman, supported by Russ Blasdell to approve the minutes as presented. Motion carried – unanimous.
IV. Petoskey Stone Festival:
	Discussion ensued over the Festival and the good reviews that we have received this year as well as in the past. Joe Meyers indicated that the finances look acceptable for now.
V. Various Matters:
	Discussion ensued over the Elk Rapids Dam parking lot and how they are looking into applying during April 2009 round of grants for the MNRTF. Joe Meyers indicated that the Wetzel Lake Sign has been installed and the new picnic tables are installed.
VI. Member/Public Comment:
	None.
