1.       Meeting called to order at 7: 15 p.m. by Alan Martel.  Due to the lack of a quorum, no official action was taken.

2.       Public Comment

The Committee spoke with Tim Roache about his feelings with the master plan as well as planning in general. 

The Committee discussed the Torch Lake Township moratorium and their Land Use Plan.
