Alan Martel called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. |

Public Comment None.
Minutes Motion by Heidi Lang, supported by Barb Bradford, to approve the November 13, 2006 minutes as amended. Motion carried – unanimous.
Soil Erosion Ordinance The Committee discussed the ordinance starting back at section 13-100. They noticed a misspelling of the word contractor in Section 13-202.
The Committee discussed whether we should include tickets as part of the ordinance or not. The Committee discussed their different point of views on this subject.
Discussion ensued over Section 13-501.6 due to the language stating that a judge could order a person to pay for the cost of prosecution. The committee directed Joe Meyers to speak with Charlie Koop, Legal Counsel, to see if a judge could order a person to do that whether or not it was in the ordinance.
The Committee ended the Meeting on section 14.101.
