I.       Call to Order
	Bob Peterson called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m. Due to a lack of a quorum, no official action could be taken.
II.      Public Comment
	None.
III.    Household Hazardous Waste Days
		Discussion ensued over the 2008 Household Hazardous Waste Days.  Christy spoke on switching the two days (Bellaire and Mancelona first and Elk Rapids and Eastport second) to see if we get a bigger turnout.  The Committee also discussed the pricing for this year and the committee thought that the first 50 pounds free would be sufficient.
