Members Present:			Mike McPherson, Mike Domsic, Gene Dawson, and Bob Peterson
Members Absent:			Leonard Klein, Jill Barnard, Bill Gadwau, Jim Palmer, and Brad Kik

I.          Call to Order
	Bob Peterson called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m. Due to a lack of a quorum, no official action could be taken
II.        Public Comment
	None.
III.       Household Hazardous Waste Days
		Christy Roman spoke on the grant that they received for electronic and medical waste and the need to have a collection on Earth Day (April 22, 2008).  Christy also noted that the collection would be free. Discussion ensued over collecting other waste on this day but due to no quorum, no action could be taken.  Christy indicated that they would charge $1.00 a pound for other waste.
