The Elk Rapids Village Planning Commission would like to thank all the participants of the Master Plan Survey who completed the complex and time-consuming questionnaire. We also thank all the volunteers from our community who worked to collate, stuff, and mail the survey, and then labored to input the data and to compile the results. In all, somewhere between 700 to 800 volunteer person-hours went into the project!
