One of Antrim County’s many assets is the Elk Rapids Day Park. The park is truly a natural wonderland. This park is an awesome place to hike the trails, have a family picnic or just work on your tan. The park offers a bathhouse, sunbathing, picnic tables with grills scattered through the park, trails for hiking and pavilion (for reservations call 231-599-2712). We are located on South Bay Shore Drive on the fringes of the village limits. The park is open May to September. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to dusk. We ask you to try it once and see for yourself.
