Human Services
The Human Services Committee discusses and makes recommendations to the County Board of Commissioners on operational and policy matters concerning the County's long-term care facility, the county senior apartments, mental health, veterans' affairs, social services, and services to senior citizens. They exercise budgetary and/or operational oversight to the activities of the MeadowBrook and MeadowView facilities, the FIA, Area Agency on Aging, Commission on Aging, and the child care fund. | Meeting Date: | | The last Thursday of the months of January, April, July, and October |
