Parks and Recreation Advisory Board

The Antrim County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board is appointed by the Board of Commissioners to advise the County Parks Committee in the planning, implementation, and improvement of recreational facilities in the County. The Advisory Board was not established by the County as a PA 261 (1965) organization. Its functions remain purely advisory to the Commissioners in parks and recreation.

The Parks & Recreation Advisory Board also writes and updates the Comprehensive Recreation Plan for the County, and organizes semi-annual county-wide Parks & Recreation Forums.
