Inmate Tracking System

Antrim County is seeking sealed requests for proposals for radio frequency identification technology (RFID) for inmate tracking and effective jail operation needs. Proposal specifications may be obtained by visiting or at the Antrim County Sheriff administration office (address below).

Sealed proposals shall be submitted in person to the Antrim County Sheriff office, 110 Grove Street, Bellaire, MI 49615, or by mail to PO Box 568, Bellaire, received no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 28, 2022. All proposals should be plainly marked “Inmate Tracking System” on the outside. Proposals will publicly be opened and inspected at 2:30 p.m. on September 28, at the Antrim County Sheriff office (address above). A final decision will be made by the Antrim County Board of Commissioners on October 20, 2022.

Antrim County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularity in a proposal, and to accept that proposal which, in the opinion of the County Commissioners, is in the best interest of the County.
