Sealed Bids - County Courthouse

The Antrim County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed bids for the complete removal of existing chiller system including pumps and piping and replacement as identified in the specifications found here. Prints are available online at https://progressiveae.filetransfers.net/guestAccess/Bids-and-Permits.

Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Antrim County Administration office, 203 E. Cayuga St., Room 204; or P.O. Box 187, Bellaire, MI 49615, received no later than 11:00 a.m. on March 23. All bids should be plainly marked “Antrim County Chiller Replacement” on the outside.

Each bidder is responsible for a mandatory site visit.  Please contact Mitch Bart at 231-533-8819 to schedule a visit.

Bids will be publicly opened and inspected by County Administration (address above) at 11:00 a.m. on March 23 in Room 217 of the Antrim County building. A recommendation to award the bid will be considered by the Board of Commissioners on April 6.

The County of Antrim reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in a bid, and to accept that bid which, in the opinion of the County Commissioners, is in the best interest of the County.
