Forestry: Lump Sum Sale Bid

Antrim County is seeking LUMP SUM SEALED bids for selected wood products on the Antrim County forest property in Custer Township located at Alden Highway and Del Mason Road. Bid specifications may be obtained by below or at the Administration Office.

Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Antrim County Administration Office, 203 East Cayuga Street (Room 204), PO Box 187, Bellaire, MI 49615, no later than 11:00 a.m. on November 27, 2023, and should be plainly marked “Timber Sale – DELMASON ROAD FOREST AREA”  on the outside. Bids will publicly be opened at 11:00 a.m. on November 27, 2023, in Room 202. The project is scheduled to be awarded by the Board of Commissioners on December 7, 2023.

Antrim County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in a bid, and to accept that bid which, in the opinion of the County Commissioners, is in the best interest of the County.
