Mohrmann Natural Area
Dedicated to Antrim County in 1974, Mohrmann Natural Area provides a unique opportunity to visitors wishing to spend a day hiking or cross country skiing through the woods of Northern Michigan. This rustic park features numerous forestry features, creeks and an abundance of wildlife. The park is open all year round.
While designated as a park, Mohrmann Natural Area is managed by Antrim County as forest land under a management agreement with the Antrim Conservation District. You may contact the District at 231-533-8363 for further information.
Directions to Mohrmann Natural Area: from Bellaire, travel north on Derenzy Road 3 miles, then turn west on Intermediate Lake Road and drive 2 miles. The park will be on your right.
