Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Irregular Part-Time


Antrim County is now accepting applications for the position of irregular part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ CeNA with the Commission on Aging Office in Bellaire. The successful candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent, have a valid Michigan driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to work independently. Applicants should have a minimum of six (6) months experience providing personal care services to individuals and hold current certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Under direct supervision of the Commission On Aging director, the primary duties of this CNA/CeNA include (but are not limited to) providing respite and/or personal care assistance to clients in their residence, simple meal preparation, providing additional health care for clients as directly by a registered nurse, assist client/caregiver with self-administered medications, and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

This irregular part-time position requires up to 29.5 hours per work week and pays mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate.
