Replacement septic permit not issued for the proposed new construction.  The site does not meet the minimum approval criteria for the installation of a sewage treatment and disposal system, as outlined in Sections 4-9, 4-10 and 4-11 of the 2017 District Sanitary Code due to impervious soil strata (clay and muck) within 24 inches of the ground surface.
