Purpose:  Margaret McShane representing a group of condominium owners filed an Appeal to Name Easement to comply with Section V, part E of the Street and Road Numbering Ordinance.  Amended August 17, 2023 Ordinance #01 of 2023.The Homeowners Association (HoA) for Lodge at East Bay (9024 N. Bayshore), the condominium, would occur a cost to amend Master Deed and Bylaws if a change is required.
