Crash Report Request
Requests may be submitted in any form of written communication:

  • Emailed to CrashReportRequest (Please include "Crash Report Request" in the subject line.)*
  • Hand delivered to the Antrim County Sheriff's Office, 209 Portage Dr. Suite A. Bellaire, MI 49615.
  • By mail to the Antrim County Sheriff's Office, PO Box 568, Bellaire, MI 49615
  • Faxed to: (231)533-5803. (Please include "Crash Report Request" on the first/cover page.)*
  • Secure "drop box" located inside vestibule of the Sheriff’s office that is open 24 hours a day under surveillance to better service our community. 
All request must have your full name, address and contact information.

If you do not have a report number, please give a brief description of what happened, date, cross roads etc. to better help us locate your request.
